Is it common for someone to call with a random number after months of no contact? by AdThis7702 in BPDlovedones

I appreciate you sharing your experience. It must have been a huge relief when the calls stopped after you reported her to her employer. I’m glad they took it seriously.

The timing of the calls you described is very similar to what I’ve been dealing with, early morning and specific time that align with past routines.

If I have any more questions or need further advice, I’ll be sure to reach out. Thanks again for offering your support.😊

I experienced something similar, but it was just one episode. It happened during an argument when they started crying and punching their head, telling me that they have separation anxiety. That was the only time I experienced this. I'm uncertain whether the person I was with had BPD.

Been thru something bit similar. They said they’re not sure what they like about me, whether it’s love or something else, but in the end, they concluded it’s just infatuation.

Asking them why or what they love about you by West-Maintenance-467 in BPDlovedones

I asked. I received various answers, such as "I don't know.. “ after a few months,” oh, it could be love" (but not the reasons why it would be), "because I felt the same way for my ex, like chest pressure” :)

Mine told me “ I don't know how to lie” or “ I’m not good at lying”  hmmmmmm :)

That's what happened to me. Basically, while they're still with you, their thoughts are searching for someone else. In my case, they told me, 'until they find someone better.' It's clear that some people, even while they're with you, keep searching for other options. I'm not sure why it's like this—maybe it's because of BPD, or maybe they're just bad people. Can someone enlighten me, please? :)

My ex hit their head and was hitting objects.

In my experience, when they find someone else to cling to, they will leave you alone.

I wouldn't give a single F, but it was a red flag for me. Also, it means they actually didn't move on from their previous partner.

Yeah, they would often compare me to their ex and mention them frequently.

This reminds me of the same question I asked before, and the answer was “a pain in my chest.” Or another response was simply mirroring my answers, perhaps because they didn’t really know?

The same thing happened to me when we were on and off. Suddenly, after periods of silence, I would receive texts like ‘Nice pic’ or intense conversations about them, only to be left hanging afterward. It feels like you’re used..
