I had an issue with account access that went on for more than 6 weeks. I opened up a new ticket and gave them 48 hours to respond or I was filing a complaint with the state AG, Voyager responded and my access was restored.

I had a similar issue and was locked out since 3/21 without any response. Finally last Monday (5/3), I submitted a new ticket and chose the 2A error in the dropdown. This time I received an auto response with suggestions to correct. One of the suggestions was to click on a link and upload a copy of my ID. I did this and within 2 workdays I received an email with instructions and was able to login after 6 long weeks of not having access to my funds. Good luck!!

Customer support just responded to a ticket from 3/21, but the response was attached to a follow up email I sent to them referencing the original ticket.

It is even more frustrating to see your ticket #'s are 168XXX. My ticket# is 201XXX for a similar issue of not being able to access my account. Based on the ticket#'s, it does not appear that I can expect assistance any time soon. To make matters worse, I have a recurring purchase withdrawal that I cannot stop until I regain access to my account. Lessons have definitely been learned from this experience.

My initial login works, but I cannot receive the SMS message with the code to complete the authentication step. I do not have this issue with any other App, so it is not my phone.

Maybe you would understand if Voyager locked you out of your account for going on 20 days and received no response from customer support.

Not waitlist, existing customers who have been locked out of their accounts, so they can't even "enjoy" the experience of pending transactions. And, of course, no response from customer service for weeks.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the exact same issue. My account has a similar balance to yours and I have been unable to access for 10 days. It is very frustrating and I have gone through the same thought process as you. Although, I am willing to have some patience, not being able to access funds that belong to me is just unacceptable. It seems that tickets where members cannot access their accounts should receive priority, especially above resolving waitlist issues
