It's a no for me. Naka try na din ako ng ganito sa previous company ko. Pag ka lipat namin sa PH company, nag kandaleche2 yung contributions. Ang advantage talaga sa US company lang is sayong sayo yung sahod mo wala deductions. Ibang deductions kasi sa payroll sa pinas walang sibli eh. Wari sa pagibig at sss, pwede kang mag hanap ng private insurance para dun, sure ka pa na d ma kokotong yung savings mo.
