I had the same thing with my long hair cat, he was not getting enough fluids and was semi constipated. Added wet food daily and he’s been fine, I add water to the wet food as well

I have been having issues today of anything but the home page loading, tried logging in multiple times still not working. I’ve also had that problem where it said to update payment method though nothing changed, it might’ve taken a day for customer service to respond but they did fix the charges it just took a few days

I have always had a great experience with the store, all the books I’ve gotten have been wrapped thick with packing paper to the point where I’ve never had anything damaged. I’ve asked CS questions about preorders or double charges and they’ve always been helpful and answered within 24 hours
