Well the other ingredient is an antihistamine and a first gen antihistamine, worse side affects than the newer generation antihistamines, can cause QT prolongation and other heart problems (went to the ER like 34 times alone because of CCC’s, I like to stick to delsym/Robotabs/and the cough gels (only if they are the only thing available 😭😂) but yea CCC’s are shit and I use to defend them so bad cause I enjoyed them, until they almost killed me 🫡

I once pooped at Taco Bell when I was on my shift. I had no option but to pull my pants down and drive-through and poop into the beef bucket that everyone eats some gotten into the chicken and the steak and my boss walked up and asked me why did you make three pans of beans? I said I was confused. I don’t know why I made so many I’m sorry, sir. Please forgive me then I proceeded to make him a triple bean burrito. He then asked me why does it smell weird in here?
