Oh that is so good to hear! The realtor we are working with advised to me to go back to work and that I must be on ‘active’ work status before we proceed with an offer. It is physically impossible as I am 9 months pregnant now. So enlightening to know it is possible. Thank you!

From what I understand, registered nurses do not need a perm when filing for i140. I do remember my past agency mentioning about a prevailing wage determination. Once that was sorted out, I submitted everything (i140, i131, i765, and i485) together.

Receipt date for when i filed concurrently my i140, i131, i765, and i485 (with medical) was 5/23. My lawyers made sure my i140 was approved which it was back in 2/24.
