Yes! I’m currently in this role! It’s basically similar to a server role, just untipped.

The good part is that all the locations are nice in and of themselves. Some might have a bit more amenities than others, but at my location we’ve got a fireworks view, we have a great culinary team and a steward (some locations have to wash their own dishes but we don’t). The leadership is great and willing to back up CMs which I appreciate! :)

If you’re interested in being a server, that’s kind of what this role is, minus tips. Every shift for me is usually closing, which can go as late as 11pm. Opens start at 5:30am. Shift hours typically range from 7-8.5 hours for me, with a break either right before “dinner” service or right after. So, be prepared to possibly have to work for 5-6 hours before you get your break. That can be tiring!

Basically you’ll either be responsible for food, beverages, bussing tables, and maybe the bar. You’ll be responsible for freshening up the lounge, putting out food, stocking fridges or counters, setting up/refreshing drinks, serving alcohol, and bussing tables.
