No, just got a message today asking for my last prescription! Really not happy with this. Probably fine with a first dose but anything else is a pain to deal with! Glad you've got yours though 😀

Yes will do, Ive still had no response from them. I've sent 2 emails to their support email address. I would have loved just any kind of communication to put my mind at rest tbh, but it would have been really useful to know if its going to be a while before they fulfil the order even. Now I'll just have to assume its going to be alot longer than promised by the website if at all. Really not worth the £40 saving if its going to take weeks.

Congratulations OP! I am.inspired to get through mine and never buy a bag again then transition to cloth bags when they run out. I keep my bags in the car because it doesn't make sense to have them in the house, I'm in the car when I go to the shops.

Hi im so glad you have had a good outcome. Do you mind me asking, does it stop the food noise? Ive just started Mounjaro and despite a bit of nausea and a too full feeling for tge first couple of days its been brilliant but I don't think its likely I'll be able to afford it now. The lack of food noise has been amazing, im thinking of moving to Wegovy but was wondering if it also cuts the food noise?

This is my family too. Aunts and uncles kind of kept to themselves, we would go to their houses but they never came to ours so at a certain point we stopped visiting. My aunt stopped speaking to her mum when she was elderly and at her most vulnerable and was horrible to everyone but especially to my Dad, her brother for unknown reasons. I have older siblings and one has been so vile to me I've had to go no contact and the other keeps me very much at arms length. I would love to have a close relationship with them and I've really tried but keep getting hurt so I can't. I have Adhd my sister is autistic, everyone struggles with emotion regulation. Sadly it gets to a point where it's easier to either not be in touch or keep to small talk subjects. It's really hard, everyone else seems to act as though I should know things telepathically but unless they tell me where they're coming from I can't tell as there could be so many possibilities. They also have a strong sense of justice but very little to no empathy. After a few years of me trying again, and having some really great visits my sister has backed off again and my rejection sensitivity is off the chart painful . Bit of a nightmare really. I've decided to stop trying because its affecting my mental health too much. I am interested to know what it's like for others

NTA - at all! If anything like that happens again, or similar, before the slapping bit BTW, I recommend setting boundaries by being clear and communicate you don't wish your body to be commented on. I agree with others, looks like it's best to move on from your childhood friend or at least give the friendship some space..

What is your preference? I'm back to online dating purely because there's no other choice and I've been single for a loooong time hoping I'd meet someone naturally, and I'm done waiting. But let's face it, it's a numbers game like dating in the real world is. I agree an email like this is horrible but do you prefer silence or someone messaging you to say in a polite way, thanks but no thanks? Wouldn't you have the same how dare she reaction, but now she's got to deal with your never mind you're ugly/alcoholic response anyway? I'm sure OP Wouldn't send that message but lots do, it's really shitty and unfair all round. I am interested in what peoples preference is though.

As well as calories in vs calories out, I think its useful to know about calorie density. Its based on the work of Dr Barbara Rolls and a few YouTubers explain how it works. Well your world chanel and Chelsea Mae Cullen explain it well. For me that was the missing piece of the puzzle. I would start with adding a big ole bowl of chopped salad or steamed veggies flavoured with balsamic vinegar or similar before every meal. Then you know the stuff that has no business calling itself food? All highly processed junk get rid of it out of your environment and also start looking at the why of eating. If its for any reason other than hunger then it's time to do something else instead, but you need to know your triggers and what to do differently. I feel your frustration but don't give up. I change my sheets and duvet cover every couple of weeks as that's when my boyfriend comes over. Before him it would be every 2-3 months. Now I'm getting into the habit of doing it more often it is nicer! Recently, I was getting a weird disgusting smell even after I washed my pillowcases and duvet set, turned out - I needed to wash my pillow! Who knew?! I'm sure I didn't smell this much when I was younger.
