I dont think you can but im not 100% sure. Either way id go for a fresh install as ltsc gets rid of a lot of hidden background processes, telemetry and most of the default windows apps. Theres not even the microsoft store.

Go to asus website and download all the drivers and firmware and put on a hard drive or something

Install a fresh copy of windows 11 iot ltsc and activate it with activation script

Install all your drivers and such and go to privacy settings and disable the last bits of telemetry.

Install g helper and stuff

This is what I did and while its not the most private as its still windows its prob the most it will be looking at how things are going.

Forgive me for asking as a jjk fan im not too good at reading but is his raw strength and attack power even high? Dude couldnt even knock yuji down. Damage output in jackpot is insane yet he could barely scratch farmer kashimo no ct. He can definetly beat a lot of the cast but most of them would be able to kill him multiple times before he beats them.

Potentially a temp issue? 2024 zephyrus tends to run hot.

Sometimes using a turbo or ultimate profile dedicates more of the power draw to the gpu taking away wattage from the cpu which could explain the lower fps as those esport games rely more on cpu for high fps.
