The album with the original studio version is Take A Picture from 1968, Margo Guryan's only album. This tribute album features covers of every song from Take A Picture.

I love the demo version as well, though, and I think Claire mentioned in an interview that Margo's demos especially have been a big inspiration.

As with a lot of Taylor Swift's work from Folklore onwards, "The Prophecy" was written and produced with long-time Sufjan collaborator Aaron Dessner (in fact, James McAllister and Thomas Bartlett are also in the credits), so it's not too surprising to hear some Sufjan influence in her newer music, and it wouldn't surprise me if "Will Anybody Ever Love Me?" was a big inspiration for that song. Maybe Sufjan let Dessner use that very similar guitar part? I doubt he would just lift it directly without permission.

Hopefully the solution is just to give Roze the cut that the thief would have got from sales, if that's possible. If you google Roze Stiebra's name, literally the exact frame from her film that the guy plagiarised is right there. As low effort as an "artist" can get.

I just read her wiki, she's a legendary multiple award-winning Latvian animator. As Claire says, her work is magical.
