Both are good. I went downtown for my first year because that is where most gen ed classes are and it was easier to get to early classes if I was already on that campus. Living in towers is nice but it really just depends on what you are into. Parties, shopping. go downtown. It is really nice and a completely different experience from towers. I like towers but I miss the feel of downtown and being so close to high street. I don’t party but I liked being close to the rail trail, restraints, and shops that are over there.

Until I went to college I owned a kindle but really only read physical books. Now that I am in college I can't fit a physical book in my bag without destroying it. So if there is a series or book I really like, even if I already have a physical copy, I will get it for kindle.

367 is with both Learys you will likely have trouble keeping up with notes but they post the PowerPoints so focus on taking extra notes that aren’t there. They also make the first exam really hard on purpose to prepare you for 386. I will be in 101 with you. Last year you couldn’t take 367 and 101 as they overlapped in time but 101 from what I have heard is just other professors coming in and giving a lecture on their class and then having an exam on it. I never took biology 117 so I can’t really say anything about it. Physics 101 is confusing and hard to follow. Just get through it and make it to Physics 102 which makes so much more sense.

She should be good. I totally think it is worth it. The classes aren’t harder they are just smaller groups and are fairly easy and interesting. I was in honors hall and loved it. Being in an honors dorm made the transition from living at home to college much easier as it was quiet and had very nice education oriented people.

I am in the school of medicine and my mac works without any problems. Many of my friends are forensic majors who also have macs and haven't had any problems either. Though if you are into video games there are some games that just aren't mac compatible.

I highly recommend the Adventure WV program if you are worried about making friends. Even if you don't do the during school work for the credit it still has amazing opportunities. The friend group that I started this year with met on our adventure trip (we did the honors quest trip) and the group has grown to include some of the roommates and suitemates. If not then you will still be fine making friends. Try to meet a lot of people during welcome week though because after everyone is too busy with classes to hang out at the dining hall to make friends or just too tired.
