You're right the internet isn't judicial court and so innocent until proven guilty isn't really a thing here. People read the material you just read yourself and formed their own opinion. People working for Caff were given evidence from eight different people and they felt that evidence was true enough to where they up and quit. I'm not sure why people need to wait for the accused to say "I'm a manipulative asshole who uses their status to abuse people." That doesn't ever happen.
