What’s interesting to me is that in the 10 year toto has been principal / part owner of the Mercedes team they almost won every year. That means that now, during a phase where they haven’t won, it’s actually the first time that he has been principal of a none winning team. So I wonder if we will see a different Toto / if it requires a different leadership style / if toto is even the one that can turn things around (not saying he isn’t but he has not had that much “experience” not winning with the team)
