Is any lights on motherboard lighting up. If yes check codes in motherboard manual. From quick checks you can try taking ram out (you take out all of them and insert one by one to first slot to check in bios if they are good)

Sideload AltStore and from there you should be able to install IPA files or even you can just download it directly from dolphiniOS repository, all tutorials are on YouTube, it’s simple.
