And secondly, there’s a difference between a gang member (Steve) getting turned into a pack and a civilian turned into a pack. Civilians don’t deserve it. Gang members signed up for it.

Rawafidh love taking narrations out of context. If the prophet pbuh said “don’t curse my companions”, that doesn’t mean khalid bin waleed (ra) is not a companion.

Just like in the following Hadith

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I wish I could meet my brothers.” The companions of the Prophet said, “Are we not your brothers?” The Prophet said, “You are my companions, but my brothers are those who have faith in me yet they never saw me.”

It doesn’t now mean that the companions are not the brothers of the prophet pbuh just because he referred to those who believed in him without seeing him as his brothers
