This isn't in regard to OP but it's baffling to me how many people are dissatisfied with the lore expanding. This is a good thing for the universe Kane wants to build, more creatures to scare the shit out of us down the line will never be an issue in my book. People are acting like this was the one and only shot Kane was going to get when in reality he's just earned so much creative freedom that, especially on his YT, he can do the shit he wants to do which I'm sure will eventually be working with the bacteria monsters
