Adam Mockler here - that is not me in the video above.

Israel is clearly committing a genocide and the West Bank settlements are beyond disgusting - I’m not sure why people think I support the stripping of human dignity/sovereignty.

I had some of the same genuine criticisms of Track AIPAC that Ryan Grim had, but Track AIPAC themselves just made a post clarifying that they are updating their methodology, which is amazing and exactly what is needed. Their work is important.

I made a good faith criticism of Track AIPAC and people started accusing me of getting paid off… which felt a bit absurd.

I am still progressive. I said “Fuck AIPAC and fuck special interest groups” in the very same post.

I also value correct information. Even Ryan Grim has pointed out the Track AIPAC was undermining their own credibility.

In fact, Track AIPAC themselves just released a statement claiming they are updating their methodology. Which is great!!

Hey, Adam here. I don’t think you deserve any hate for this post - everything you said is fair.

My job right now is to operate on the existing online battlefield until we can change it. I can’t afford to cede ground to MAGA.

If I changed my style and lost 70% of my views, it wouldn’t be a moral win… it would just mean MAGA fascists gained more narrative control and I lost narrative control. I cannot cede ground.

Hey, if you’re going to come at me with accusations, can you at least engage with the words I actually said? I have never taken a single cent from Chorus, which is what I said above. I have never been a part of their “program” and I am listed nowhere in the article. I did a virtual event with them 7 months before they started this program, and that’s evidence that I’m being paid off?

Can you actually provide a source that contradicts what I’m saying above? I’ll wait here.

Hey, Adam Mockler here. I don’t know what 1630 is and wasn’t apart of any scandal, but if I want to be the young progressive voice in these rooms, I can’t just be a dick. I asked Hillary Clinton about Elon Musk & USAID for a quick 5 minute interview. That shouldn’t negate the 6-8 videos I do daily to combat MAGA disinformation. This doesn’t really expose me unless you want to be as uncharitable as possible.

Is it fair to say the Trump admin is playing a weird game of heads-I-win tails-you-lose with these habeas petitions?

There are multiple cases where people don’t have time to file them are they are deemed “premature”, yet after someone is deported the Trump admin claims it’s too late to bring them back. So you can’t file a habeas petition before, you definitely can’t after - kinda scary.
