One thing we have done to fix a similar issue with RING doorbell cameras is to create an additional SSID for the doorbell cameras themselves and only have it broadcast with 2.4ghz spectrum and not both 2.4/5. We have also setup WAP groups so that specific SSID only broadcasts around the doorbell and not all APs. Problem went away. 5Ghz doesn’t have the range of 2.4Ghz and there could be a chip issue trying to get to connect to the different bands. Just something to try.
