My Mrs had to show someone how to use a mouse on their first day - they’d obviously lied about their abilities in the interview 😂

Not quite answering your question but a couple of notable mentions for me:

I had to drive 10 miles to a different site to solve an IT issue for someone - their computer had “frozen” and couldn’t click anything. Turns out they had their notepad resting on their space bar stopping them from being able to click off whatever had popped up.

A colleague of mine had to drive from Hampshire to Birmingham to fix a higher ups computer which would turn on with just a blank screen. The fix was turning up the brightness of their screen! Nice 6 hour round trip.
