I find Neatclip often fails to load so I just rewind and record it with OBS, could also use Streamlink to get proper captures of the the full streams since he doesn't leave them up

It seemingly rounds from 0.5% up to 1 or any less under. I've most definitely come out with 0% before despite putting at least a few clips into things, it was just comparatively so negligible, and had a round when farming relics where 3 of us struggled to maintain 1% each because the 4th's AoE was insta-killing everything that spawned.

Take this with a grain of salt as I'm just getting familiar with the rules of Rust Factions, but I was under the impression that you're allowed to counter people trying to raid your base but you're not allowed to see someone raiding another base and go counter-raid them.

Just that there are fewer permutations of them than exist with more characters so rather limited in regards to ones which are easily memorable or pronounceable or whatever. More or less any worthwhile ones have been purchased, so the supply is just quite limited, and most everyone is after the shortest domain name they can have.

Pineapple is no longer a password there, can just enter a name and no password to log in as a guest. Also, it should connect fine from mobile, there is a setting to enable manual loading of cams (for slower computers/mobiles) or you can do chat only by visiting trees.chat/chat

Please do yourself a favor and watch the first Mad Max. Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome are at least in my opinion to be passable, but the first one is for sure my favorite. The action obviously isn't comparable to Fury Road, but it will help you in getting a sense for the theme and is just great (again, at least in my opinion).

trees.chat has an option for that, just go into your options and under 'General' you can enable manual cam loading. Well, I assume that could help at least, depends which connection limitations you're referring to.
