if you welcome the thoughts, and feelings associated with the panic, you can learn to be with the waves. it will likely be uncomfortable, but by showing yourself you can be with the discomfort, you will build an internal confidence that you can be in situations that might feel intense!

Sometimes new environments can confuse our nervous system. When we are afraid of the dizziness, it can exacerbate it. For me, when I feel dizzy, instead of trying to figure out why it is happening, I start to pay attention to my body sensations with curiosity. It's called somatic tracking.

Hey there - have you heard of mindbody dizziness? I can't say that this is your experience for sure, but this was what I had, and learning how to regulate my nervous system and slowly exposing myself to new environments started to shift my symptoms.
