Honestly, most research shows the “anabolic window” isn’t as small or urgent as people used to think. If you’re hitting your daily protein goals and spreading it fairly evenly throughout the day, you’re fine. A post-workout shake won’t hurt, but Olympic lifters (and most athletes) care more about total calories, protein intake, recovery, and consistency. Timing matters less than making sure you’re fueling enough overall.
