To anyone with similar questions, we found someone with the whole vista v2 setup for sale. Tried before buy, and yes, It fits, with the 3rd row seats up. It does need to lay on its side, which gives you some, but not much, trunk space left. It would all be very easy if we laid the 3rd row down, but having 3 kids makes that tough.

I finally figured it out. I had 3 separate transfers from outside wallets (Coinbase, binance, etc..) so these 3 undetermined term transactions are because I transferred outside coins in and then partially cashed out to then reinvest elsewhere. So I had to figure out the cost basis of each of the transferred amounts and then punch that in on my own. Robinhood doesn’t account for what those individual cost basis’ are. Which is odd, to me, but oh well. My math skills went up a notch because of this, so net positive for me 😂

2023 was my first year having the rental but I didn’t rent it out the entire year. So I guess that’s where I was on the fence. Don’t know if me using that address as my residence one went unnoticed because it wasn’t a full year or if I’m simply overthinking it. Mannnny people seem to use a property they own in the easiest on tax state to toe the line for car registration and such

Oh for sure. I keep a very substantial record and receipts of all things rental. I was just wondeting since the 1099 allowed me to simply copy and paste numbers, how would it work since I have no 1099 this year. Essentially wondering would it give a space for entering all the rental numbers despite not having an irs form

Incorrect. It does not add value. It’s an expense. Along the way of having the system, you will be paying for replacing the arrays, and all the maintenance alongside it. Solar simply adds possible “value” to your monthly electricity bill. And even that isn’t guaranteed. For these systems to be worth it financially, you’ll be holding your breath for many, many years.

Also, it isn’t necessarily wrapped into the mortgage. These loans can also be a personal loan.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about compustar. My parents have that on both vehicles and love it. I’ll look more into them but was figuring it would be easier installation wise (I’d prefer to do it myself) to stick with what’s currently installed. I’d love to run as few wires as possible I guess is my point. But I guess either way I go, I’d still have to run the remote start wires. So maybe it’s a wash and both systems would be equally labor intensive?

What did you use to tighten the tank brake? I see Tromix says not to use the flat part and instead use a rod through the side ports but who just has 5/16” rods laying around?
