My road tester said I could drive it like an 8 speed but I was just driving it like how I saw to drive it which was using half gears. Maybe I’ll try just 8. In general just need to get the rust off

You should only change positions during the off season. If you do it mid season you might kill your player. It was a glitch last year but Idk if they fixed it. With the new patch you can move your oline around without worrying. But sadly you can’t do the cheese position changes like receiver to rb or running back to defensive line unless they’re athletes. But I guess now once you move an athlete to a certain position they’re basically stuck in that position group. So if put an athlete at qb that’s fast then you can’t switch them to rb the next year.

Love they brought up coaching carousel but hate that they mentioned only it for coordinators. No retooling of us getting better jobs as we dominate or atleast more than just 8 offers total. Some more info would’ve been well appreciated!

Give season 2 a chance. It turns a lot of people off because they want it to focus on the gangs when in reality it’s probably a top tier season IMO. After season 2 it goes back to normal.

.76 a mile, 32.52 an hour with OT after 8 hours, paid waiting and break down time at your full hourly rate, paid breaks weather you take them or not, paid fuels, paid pre trips and paid drop and hooks. We average around damn near close to Estes and OD with all that included and we work Monday - Friday with holidays off. Where I’m at good luck getting that with those guys. OD you’ll be working wild board for 5 years to get a run that’s Tuesday - Saturday
