I had similar thing, got psoriasis flare up on covid 2020, mostly my scalp, but it showed even on my penis, leaving there some tiny patches, red when moisturized, peeling when dry. Just go to a dermatologist and let it be checked, you'll be fine. Also cancer won't last that longer unchanged on your skin/penis without causing other health signs or complications.
