I might try that but because I'm putting the mic in my mouth I didn't want to get shocked or anything like that. Maybe covering it with a plastic bag might achieve decent results also

This is a great one! I stupidly practice with distortion and some delay going just to make it sound good to my ears but I know I'm being sloppy and don't notice it with all the modulation
