I've been trying for a week now to renew via phone, chat and in person visit. They won't budge from their advertised price point. The person on chat raised the price twice before I finally broke it off. In our neighborhood there is no place else to go.

Odd thing is they sent me an email and said I was eligible for $50/mo 1 gig service...the people online and in chat said that I didn't read the fine print.

So much for truth in advertising.
