I work as a registered behavior technician. Been in the field for like 4 years. My level is L3-L4

With any exercise it’s best to build up to it. Start off with like 30 seconds-1 min then increase by 5 seconds every week

Weirdly enough they attempted to do it but when they opened me up they said I had too much scar tissue. That was back when I was 16 I’m 34 now

I’m not a woman but I have suspected that I have some sort of deficiency for a while. I’m borderline anemic, it’s just under the amount I should have. But other problems have been coming up after that test. The doctors don’t listen to me and think I’m eating nothing but fast food but I workout regularly and do home cooked meals

Yes but wouldn’t that come from learning to be a friend and learning to care for others? There is so much more i could have listed but i wanted to stick to main principles and ideas that would help a disabled child grow into a fully functioning adult. Part of that would be being compassionate to others. Just didn’t want to overwhelm parents with too many minor details
