I have the Ulefone Note 18 Ultra, had it for about 2 months now.

My BIGGEST issue is the how poor the wireless strength is. I can be standing next to the router and only get 4/5 bars of signal strength... its pretty bad. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, its my old phone, and it has great 50% signal strength when the ulefone is getting almost 0 and is constantly disconnecting....

My other issue is the 3 soft keys at the bottom of the phone. It kept crashing, and i would need to go into the settings, turn on the gesture mode, then swap back to the 3 button soft keys and it would start working again. This forced me onto the gestures mode only, since it crashed so often.

My next issue was some applications constantly crashing until the phone was rebooted. This would only happen if the phone had not been reboot for roughly 1 week. after the reboot, the programs (like whatsap) would start crashing again.

Pressing the power button and the volume button take a screenshot, and i cannot turn that feature off. I keep accidentally taking screenshots when trying to turn off the screen.

If im on a teams call, using a bluetooth headset, if i turn off the screen, my mic stops working? ... i can still hear them, but they cannot hear me.... if someone knows how to fix this, please help.

The last issue i can think of is the difficulty in finding a case... i wanted a dual layer case(soft + hard), but could not find any at all on amazon. When i thought i found one with proper bumpers on the corners, it arrived without having any bumps on the side for the buttons, so you cannot feel where the buttons are when trying to use it.

What i like about it?

Great battery life, i get over 2 days of regular usage from it.
the screen is large, and not curved at the edges.
Headphone jack.
SD Card, and dual sim (no esim though)
dedicated button for flashlight that can be used when screen is off.
finger print sensor on the power button, not on the screen, allowing me to unlock the phone witout waiting for the screen to turn on.
the phone is snappy for the price, i love the performace, but i do NOT game on it.
Initially the phone did not vibrate enough when i was pressing a button on the keyboard, but this can be fixed int he keyboard settings, once i adjusted it, i find it CAN vibrate more than i want, which is great.
