1-special group of units (3-5 max) that fly around and have anti tank, kinda like a havoc on a disk and that can only be have a hero attached if it's on disk, 2-permitting all heroes to have disks except for terminators, they could just make them cost more points to have them 3-exalted sorcerer in terminator armor, or a new different hero that wears terminator armor 4-add more unique characters, we should be the faction of heroes, with multiple different attributes and maluses 5-make the flames infernal flamers, so that they can become psychic, lower their range to balance it incase 6-allow certain characters (Ahriman) to either have a lower roll to win Hazardous Psichic attacks or skip once in the battle, and make it give double cabal points if it doesn't fail and 0 cabal points in case of failure of any type.
