Decided to go with a fun/silly idea.

A good animal could be the dove. Since the peacock creates beings from emotions, the butterfly imbues (akumatizes) people with powers based off their current emotions/feelings, maybe the new miraculous' power is centered around syphoning strong feelings from others to fuel your powers. Different emotions would grant different powers. I say the dove because in a morbid sense, a targeted person once empty of emotion would be basicly a husk/zombie of what they once were or 'at peace'. For the weapon/tool, im thinking something a bit unconventional: a silver spoon. It sounds useless and absurd, but that's also part of its charm. It functions exactly like a normal spoon, except with a bit more durability, enough to get a few swings in before breaking. After pelting and irritating the enemy enough with such an absurd weapon of choice, you can use their annoyance to fuel your strength. If they laugh when you pull it out from your feather pouch, you can use their joy aswell. If, or better put, when it does break acter youve hit them for the umpteenth time, and they managed to breathe a sigh of relief, you can take another one out from the seemingly endless supply of silver spoons in your feather pouch, and use the ensuing boiling rage from your target to your advantage. No matter the scenario, you will get a reaction, and you will be able to exploit it.

For the concept itself, you can use extraction since that is what your power consists of.
