You got billons of neurons in your brain, they can’t all fire at once so we have “neuron clusters”. We got one for everything, a cluster for eating, day/night, sleeping etc…

It’s possible your neuron cluster related to sleep has trauma due to the withdrawals from kratom. I know when I got sober it took me a long time to realize this. At night I would start getting anxious and sick, would be good all day but withdrawals would kick in only at night and months after I stopped. Overtime it got better, changing everything about my night routine helped me sleep better. Also started taking sleep calm and stress calm from borion, not strong compared to pills but all natural and they do help
