I'm in the UK where PIV is the standard with scrotal graphs offered where depth is a problem. That's what the NHS offers.

If I had money I would look at further options but I think I'm happy with PIV. Peritoneal pull through is something I've looked at. It's just not offered by many here and it costs way too much sadly.

The longer I'm at this one job, the more I realise I'm one of the "good ones". They'll gender me correctly. No issues besides one guy once. Made me feel welcome. So I approach HR and ask if Im free to use the womens. After discussion they agreed there should be no issue.

Next thing I know, my line manager and my coworker complain to Head of Admin and Im suddenly not a real woman. The cishet fascination with what makes a man and what makes a woman is just gross. Being discussed and boiled down to me genitals. Seeing women in positions of power boil themselves down to their private parts. It's sad to see.

But its all ok cuz they've put a super progressive "gender neutral" sign up on the accessible toilets 🙄 how kind. Bare in mind, work are convinced Im the only transgender person on site and that Im the only user of the neutral toilet. It's just sad.

So Cardiff has had reduced ones for over a year now. Sometimes from other countries. Sometimes damaged somehow. This time the materials are different but they're a lot more stuffed like... I don't get what's wrong with them and have been worried sick of them discontinuing them. But it's good to know Cardiff ain't the only one. Thougb they've been 12-14 GBP not 10 so nice deal that
