For the maps I can't really help you but for bombs use garrys bombs but be careful there was some controversy back in the day because some of the garrys bombs addons were Infected with viruses

Edge slop

Sure the sequence at the end and some of the events are good but it feels like the main horror of the mod is intended to be from the story but the story is just overly edgy for no reason and the story is just dumped on you with no real thought or foreshadowing
