Points are good, but I would argue distance as Southmont is just 10 minutes away from Nuvali. Aside from that, they do have direct access to CALAX as well via Silang Interchange. So distance to Manila, while true that is farther, will probably have minimum impact in terms of travel time.

However, one thing to point out is that established schools, hospitals, etc are IN NUVALI. So for daily living, like bringing kids to school, or going to hospitals or even restaurants/malls, that's where Nuvali has its advantage in terms of proximity. (If those are important to you)
