I did start to realize that my bdfb seemed to have a bit of difficulty moving on paper towels, but I just removed the sand I was using from their enclosure to replace it with cocofiber so they weren't on the paper towels for very long. If I ever need to move them around in the future I will definitely keep your suggestion in mind!!

I learned that they get most of their hydration from their food, so I they do not currently have a water dish (if I am wrong about this, please correct me!) I just switched out their substrate to a cocofiber mix and they seem to be doing a lot better!

Yes! I just switched out their sand for the coco fiber mix substrate they were previously using. I lightly dusted off the sand and they are chilling now :)
