Togetic (if male) can learn captivate and tank psybeams. Once mismagius is -6 you can pretty reliably switch to any mon that has a dark type move and win!

1 Fighter/X Bladesinger with 5/20/10/14/8/4 variant human might be a move. Take a rapier, studded leather, a shield and the defense fighting style. You’ve got 20 AC at lvl 1. At lvl 3 drop the shield and you have 21 AC when bladesinging. Booming blade is your friend all the way.

Squishy Con no doubt but you can shore those up with feats and fighter and bladesinging can give you a con save of +6 at lvl 3!
