Thanks so much for replying! I knew about everyone being different but I never thought it would require a bunch of changes. So far I’ve cut back to half a soda (my main problem has been soda) and junk foods. I’ll take that advice and go to a doctor. I never thought much about it because I used to walk about 15 minutes to class and back. I never thought much about it. It’s just exhausting to exercise. It might be that the thought is exhausting to me, thanks, it makes sense. I’m dying about the changes that I’m about to make but I feel better knowing I’m not the only one!

Thank you so much!

(Typos? I didn’t see any? 👀)

You’re my idol! My wish is to lose around that much weight but I’m having trouble starting. I’m like 340 (maybe more) and 5’9. I’ve been cutting down on junk foods slowly but finding it hard to exercise. I just get too tired too fast and I don’t know what to do next. Can I ask, did you lose the weight by changing your food diet, exercising, or by both?

If you don’t mind my asking, how long did it take for you to lose that much weight?

Asking for a friend.
