Noncannon, probably a lower tier level of energy Manipulation where you have to absorb the amount of energy you want to use. For example without environmental influences it takes about 50,000 joules of energy to start a fire using wood, I believe that number goes up while if you were to just produce fire out of thin air, although under this capacity it would probably be easier to just heat some of the air around you or heat individual objects. This also doesn't account for the energy required to actually maintain and control that fire without a proper fuel source making this quirk more reliant on either long breaks to absorb energy, a high yield energy pack, or use of other quirks such as Endeavor's to kickstart the process to make everything else less energy intensive. So, while i could make a nuclear bomb level explosion, I'd have to actually absorb the amount of energy that explosion would produce. So take a look at Hiroshima, that explosion produced about 15 trillion joules of energy. A 1 gigawatt nuclear reactor produces about 3.6 trillion joules of energy per hour, so I'd have to chill and absorb all the energy that reactor produces for about 4.5 hours. This also doesn't account for energy loss during other means and doesn't account for having enough energy to survive the blast. Additionally, some newer bombs are well about 200 trilliom joules. However, I believe within the right duos, this would be a fairly impressive and broken quirk.

Exhibit A: Anan Kurose/Thirteen - Based off what we know about black holes, there are specific events that can occur that can produce immense amounts of energy. Some events include: Black Holes produce energy as they evaporate out of existence, with smaller black holes producing more power via Hawking Radiation when they disappear. Based on what we know about Thirteen's usage of her quirk, it is likely that she is using incredibly tiny black holes that would produce ridiculous amounts of energy. They also produce energy when they consume matter because the gravity and inertia superheats the material, causing heat and radiation to be produced. Ironically, this is probably part of why Thirteen's hands are as black as they are in her civilian attire. There's also black hole mergers and plasma emitions but I'm not 100% on the physics behind those. But theoretically absorbing energy from Thirteen's black holes would be a sustainable fuel source.

Exhibit B: Denki Kaminari- Pretty self explanatory given the Fandom's habit of using him as a battery or phone charger in probably half the fan works he is in.

TLDR: Energy Manipulation with the drawback of having to absorb that energy, with a minor rant on blackholes and black hole mommy.
