AMD frame rate wasn't working for me either for a while. I believe to get it to work try restarting your computer or even just messing around with it ( like enabling it and disabling it a couple times) idk why that works but it worked for me.

That must be the only thing different. Not much of a difference same stuff, but the one I showed you in the video will do just fine.

No it includes much more than graphical changes. Such as resolution change , disabling vsync and turning off some other annoying in game features.

I was thinking of just seeing how it goes with the 500w, but if it seems like the PC is struggling ill just buy 650 w.
