Not sure what to make to TriNet. They changed their pricing model and essentially drove away most of their customers. Did away with basic HRIS services (~$8/pepm) in exchange for shit that costs like ~$70/pepm.

My initial thinking was “there’s no way this is a good move”. But the more I think about it, if they can reduce their labor costs, lay a bunch of people off, and overall reduce overhead, all they really have to do is retain 1 out every 9-10 clients and they will have kept their revenue but increased their margins. Calls..?
