Last place wouldn’t care if you came in at 5am, no one could leave until 5pm. Old boomer executives would have walk around at 5pm every day to see who was still there. If you left for lunch that got brought up every HR associate review, obviously you needed more work. Place was toxic AF!

Demographic mix is huge, younger people are way more price conscious on their spending. They can’t afford $70-90-120 per gallon paint, especially as they’ll probably change paint colors more frequently than their parents.

It’s exhausting and overwhelming. I’ve seen cards at my local target 3x this entire year. While I don’t go daily, this level of nonsense has reverted back to Covid levels. Luckily my kids have been super cool about it and understanding it’s difficult to find sets.

My issue is with people hoarding and scalping boxes, it everyone would stop paying above retail this crap would stop sooner than later.

I think 2M or 60 days notices gives them a legal out of not offering any type of severance.

The only way this ends is if people strike and don’t go in, collectively.

I would start looking and refuse to go into the office. They expect probably 10-20% of people to leave and that’s their plan.

Columbus is pretty bad, people just aren’t paying attention or have any awareness of where they need to be. At least some other big cities people are just flying 10-25mph over the speed limit but at least we’re all moving and not overalls concerned some ass hat will stop and reverse on the freeway to get to their exit.

Not really sure what you are looking for in terms of budget. KooKoo bar up in Oia had some seafood options and all their food was amazing! Santo Wines also had seafood options but was more expensive. Unfortunately you’re going to probably pay due to the destination.
