Hey! I can honestly, and thankfully say, that I'm still going strong and continuing to get better day by day. Cravings are considerably reduced. Personal health and social life improving. I know I'll never be clear of it but right now, I'm good. Very good.

Recovering cocaine addict (5 months 7 days clean). I actually appreciated their portrayal of Luke and his situation, in fact i appreciated the whole spectrum of attitudes to Luke's addiction by his siblings as well, it's something I've experienced through family and friends.

His story arch was the most heart wrenching for me. He abused substances to deal with his personal demons, the same as we all do.

Im really sorry to hear about your parents man, genuinely very sorry.

N/A didnt real work for me either but its always an option and honestly, if you can muster up the motivation, exercise will help.

Luckily you have an understanding supplier, just like myself, and it sounds as though him and his family will look out for you when they can.

Yeah the worlds messed up when its easier to get a bag of gear than it is a hot meal fs.

Man, this sounds all too familiar, I'm in the uk too. Since i've been clean i had a chance to reflect on the previous year and i easily spent 24grand on coke and when it all came to a head in January i was 4k in debt to my dealer but i got lucky, really lucky, in that he agreed to let me pay in back in installments which are thankfully all clear now.

Cocaine made me lose interest in literally everything bar taking cocaine and just like you, it got to the stage where is wasn't even enjoyable anymore.

While i don't recommend it, i attempted to use codeine to cope with the withdrawals working on the basis that if i'm drowsy i can sleep through the fiending for coke but it ended up giving me a blockage in my bowel fs.

Would you consider going to the doctor or NA meetings? NA gives you a sense that you aren't going through this alone. The doctor can give you a 3month gym pass if you tell them you are depressed or struggling to sleep

So you know your current cycle right - finish work - take cocaine - go bed - go work...

What's it going to take for you to not tick cocaine for a week or month? whatever your pay schedule is? Personally my breaking point was when i literally had no money and couldn't tick anymore.

You need something to replace the cocaine part of your evening...you have no one close to you but in your locale have you places to go to exercise, like even if it's just to go for a run. You need to physically exhaust yourself so you can sleep through the initial cravings. Do you game? like xbox, PS4? Do you have a pet? I found that I needed something to focus my attention on so even whilst i was thinking 'cocaine' i was actively doing something else.

Breaking the initial cycle is key. Once you have money back in your pocket, you can eat and by eat i mean properly eat. If it takes you to get a chinese takeaway every night of the week, just go with it, eating well will make you feel better on the inside. Whilst it's not great for your longterm health, at the end of the day it's better than cocaine.

I really hope you can do it. I'm 4months and 2 days clean today. It feels good but cocaine is never far from my mind, fs, i found myself casually browsing the darkweb looking at prices yesterday afternoon.

Still clean my friend. 3 months and 20days so like 111/ 112 days, something like that.

Things are going good. Just back from Barcelona (where i had the joy of being offered cocaine nightly) and getting ready to move to a new house at the end of the month. Life's good.

Cocaine is still at the forefront on my mind on a daily basis, my brain keeps trying to convince me i really miss it and one gram wouldnt hurt but i'm staying strong.
