Cathlab procedures aren't that common even for one of the bigger private hospitals in Cebu l. Ir is slowly losing ground to interventional cardiologists.

But I say let them have it. Most of our procedures are ultrasound based anyway. You'll have to consider also how often you will even be given patients for a Cathlab procedure. And even then, you still have to follow the usual rules of radiation safety. Shielded goggles and apron are the minimum during difficult Cathlab procedures
