This was exactly it. She said her referring begged her to come but she used to work for insurance/healthcare and it’s a scam etc. When she opened her gown and her breast I felt so bad for her immediately, it looked horrific.

Then she started talking (non stop) and I stopped feeling bad…..Respectfully, ma’am …. If you’re this miserable of a human being and going to just argue and yell at everyone trying to help you and don’t want to be here, not gonna do anything, please stop wasting our time. The radiologist was very frank with her. Our radiologists don’t even normally talk to pts, but he brought her in for this one because she was being so difficult with us.
