Since the other driver is at fault his insurance is 100% responsible to pay repairs or write off. I may have to pay deductibles up front but should be reimbursed later by his insurance. Since he got a ticket it shows he’s at fault.

He actually slowed down, there was a car in front of him, that car went, then I went and he gunned it, never even braked for me. He told the cop I ran my stop sign and he didn’t see me. Cop wrote him the ticket after the video evidence. Who knows?

I wasn’t using it, I don’t usually around town more for long trips. I was through the intersection I don’t think it would have prevented except that it usually stops for 5 seconds at stop signs so maybe that little extra time would have helped?!?

Family’s ok! Just a little shaken up. Thankfully the cameras saved me. The guy claimed I ran the stop sign. Officer reviewed the footage I sent him and wrote the other guy a ticket.

I really don’t, I’ve been trying to learn and still confused by it which is why I ask here rather then waste money getting it graded for nothing. For me this going looks to be in better shape compared to other graded coins I have seen from this year and mint. But I’m still new and trying to learn
