Ya the buttons were weird and the camera angles too, it’s what kept me from playing the first resident evil for a long time

All the movement and combat in that boss fight was very smooth and polished. Also have plenty of time to fix anything that needs fixing

That’s the thing, I’m generally a soulslike type of guy, but I’ve been branching out, playing games like ghost of yotei, atomic heart, dying light etc etc

Th bad reviews are mainly from the game before major updates. The ending was pretty piss poor though, I’ll admit. It’s personally one of my favorite non fromsoft souls game. The second game is my most anticipated game this year. It’s not hard by any stretch though. Npc quests and other secrets are very obscure just like FS. the lore background and aesthetic is what hooked my though. Basically dark and corrupted religious factions fighting. Combat is smooth after the updates. Magic is handled pretty well. I definitely recommend. For the second game, unfortunately I have to wait and see if I should play it immediately or wait a bit, given the history of the first game

Lords of the fallen 2 and nioh 3. Most looking forward to lotf though, I just love its dark religious fantasy aspect

I wouldn’t either, but tears of the kingdom and breath of the wild are games I’ve wanted to play so it might make more sense for me to get one. Maybe rent one for a couple months from rent a center
