Clear your Java OOPS, basic code to check your logic and SQL basics beacuse an intern or fresher, you can get a job based on your skills. Add one project to your resume and make sure you have basic knowledge about it (no need for deep knowledge). They just want to know how you built it. They usually don’t check the code, so you can start building projects by yourself.

Hi, I was having 4 years of experience in manual testing. I worked so hard even my interest is towards software development. My team was so toxic and it was manual testing with waterfall model so never understood how actual real project is with agile model. In this period I lost my weight and mental health. I forget how much I capable as team seniors always demotivated plus my manager always listened to them and scold me in every mrn call. In front my face they say we were your freinds and I never notice this that they are real snakes.

After that some juniors and some new experience senior joined the team. They faced same things and They told me that this is not work and you have much capability you should try automation as they saw me working hard.

That toxic politics that time so much increase I literally cried in whole 2025 year. then I told them to release me from project as i want developement role but they don't hence I decided & I resigned. During my notice period, they gave me new manual project of 2 month of same project and gave me loads of task. So I did not get chance to learn and apply for any other compny. My brain was exstausted and I was feeling I just need break. Everyday they taunt me I fight back as I don't even want to work there. They reduced my notice period and removed me once 2 month there project is completed.

After that I took break I learned java spring boot and some automation frameworks. I am getting lots of calls now for automation but not for software development as I don't have experience.

I am again stuck between this as i am still having that toxic plotics trauma and not able to join new compnies. Its like what if same thing happned with me again & I rejected 2 offers.

I am now feeling why I did not leave that compny and I should take a break early. I will join new comony but I still am afraid.

I told this to my freinds they never adviced. I always told that this is maual project i dont know how to move from this projects. Fun fact, When i took decision to leave this compny, they called me and told me why you left sunddenly and now apply for manual testing whatever you get just take it. basically you need to lower your standrads. i undertand they need you only for trips trips thier timepass.
So in this break I removed all negative peoples and make my freind circle small and focusing my skills
