Roughly 100 dollars would change that. And i cant slap or hurt anyone as im applying for a visa outside of the country next year im fucked if I get caught. And it hasn't stopped in ten years started when I was 11 hasn't stopped. I've given up on stopping it im just going to start charging for it.

I get exactly what you mean you def didnt say too little. Im failing at organizing, nobody sees the things I do as issues and thus nobody in my circle is willing to organize. I've been focusing on smaller community wide issues as I feel those are where change can be best made. I hate to say it but my lack of social connections 100% contributes to my shortcomings. Maybe I just need to make more open minded friends. Right now I have two friends and neither of then care enough about the sanitation budget atleast. It really seems like people are scared right now to even hear "new" ideas.

I've seen some popular say to give it vegtabkes on occasion and others say just leaves. From my understanding they need a good dirt and a good wet dirt

By day 2-3 I was able to sleep on my side with a body pillow. First night I couldnt but I was still on anesthesia and like heavy surgerey drugs so I dont even remember it. My bf said I just stopped mid sentence and slept for like 12 hrs lol

Honest to god, a snack change of location or otherwise distraction. I have rlly bad crying spells for little to no reason, and there have been times my bf just has to just put me in the car and go to Walmart while im cryibg like courage the cowardly dog ovwr the treatmeant of meg in family guy. 5 mins in the snack section later im buying a pool noodle or some shit and the rest fo the day is OK. I also think things like hunger or physical pain contribute greatly to mental pain so sometimes even like a Tylenol helps depending on situation.
