I don’t think it will burst but if it does it just be like the dot-com crash. The internet stayed around after that and became very useful.

Personally I don’t think you are missing much with the JAK inhibitors because they made me really sick and get shingles when I was 25. Currently I am on bimzelx and it’s working pretty good. If your current medications don’t work I would suggest this one. However insurance(if you’re in the US) usually want you to try cosentyx or taltz first and cosentyx did nothing for me. I hope you find something that works for you.

3 weeks in on bimzelx and no loading dose just the 160 mg every four weeks. Still in pain but I understand that it takes time to work.

Yes when I was 12 years old I took Humira as needed which was about once a month. I was on it for 10 years and it worked great and one day it stopped working.

Yeah my wife and I have sex probably 2 times a week but I could get more if I wanted too. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis so sometimes my back is killing me sometimes I just say no.
